Agreement to Terms

By accessing juselltradingacademy.com, portal.juselltradingacademy.com, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Jusell Trading Academy, operated by Jusell Enterprises, provides:

• 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: individual 2-hour trading coaching sessions
• Daily Trading Mentorship: a 3-month intensive mentorship program with daily coaching
• Student Portal: a web-based platform for trade journaling, daily reviews, pre-market prep, strategy tracking, and performance analytics
• Free Resources: educational articles, tools, and the Trader Personality Test

Intro Sessions and Bookings

The intro session costs $20 and lasts approximately 1 hour. It is a consultation to determine fit and is required before enrolling in the 3-month mentorship program. The intro session fee is non-refundable.

Mentorship Program

Enrollment

Enrollment in the Daily Trading Mentorship program is subject to availability and requires completion of an intro session. We reserve the right to decline enrollment if we determine the program is not a good fit.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Daily Trading Mentorship program includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your program start date, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.

Program Duration

The mentorship program runs for 3 months from your agreed start date. Extensions or pauses may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Student Portal

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Free Tools

Certain Student Portal features (Pre-Market Prep and Daily Review) are available for free. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time without notice.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the Student Portal (trade journals, reviews, strategies, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data. We may access your content solely to provide coaching services and maintain the platform.

Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through third-party providers (Calendly, PayPal, or other payment processors). By purchasing a service, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Not Financial Advice

All content, coaching, mentorship, and educational materials provided by Jusell Trading Academy are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details.

Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, frameworks, templates, and tools are the intellectual property of Jusell Enterprises. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission. Your access to mentorship materials is for personal use only.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute mentorship materials or portal access
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff

Limitation of Liability

Jusell Trading Academy and Jusell Enterprises shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other consequential damages arising from the use of our services, educational content, or tools. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to paid services will cease. You may export your portal data before account closure.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
