Intraday Trading
Structure your day: context first, selective setups, and consistent review.
Context → Setup → Execution
Read the session (trend, range, or mixed), select the 1–2 setups that fit, then execute with predefined stops and targets. Skip anything that doesn’t match.
Session Context
| Context | What to look for |

| Opening drive | Impulse + shallow pullbacks; avoid early fades |
| Balanced range | Fades at edges after failed probes; take profits faster |
| Trend day | Go with pullbacks and consolidations; hold partials |
Intraday Setups
Pullback Continuation
In a strong move, enter on a pause/pullback into a level (VWAP/EMA/IB). Stop beyond the last swing; partial at 1R.
Failed Break Reversal
Range break fails and snaps back inside. Enter back into range; stop beyond the failure wick; take profits near mid.
Routine
- Pre‑market plan: bias, levels, “not today” rules
- During: only A/B setups, circuit breaker after big swings
- After: five‑line review + screenshots
